Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge - Pick a Flower

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challengeJoin the Design Team in our weekly challenges with a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate each week!  Please check out the details of how to play and win on the Outlines Blog

This week our challenge was to create a card with any flower image from the Outlines store.  It's a tough task to only pick one... so I picked an image that was blooming with them!  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Flowerful

I stamped the Mini Flowerful 1 (F-1169) image with Black Soot Distress ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I colored with copic markers... in really bright colors!!!  The card base is actually a deep, bright pink.  It's hard to capture just how bold it is!  To give the background a glow, I airbrushed with a yellow copic marker.  It's a soft alternative "sky" and a perfect balance for all that bright pink and purple.  It helps tie in all the yellow elements of the flowers.
I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration.  And don't forget you can join in our fun each week!
